Transition Finance into a Strategic Business Partner by laying the groundwork for an insight-led advisory function, crafting actionable recommendations that drive business success. Deploy Cloud ERP, EPM, Automation, and AI technologies to foster Process Excellence, enhancing finance efficiency and effectiveness. Enhance Enterprise Performance Management capabilities to provide clients with insights into business performance drivers, speed up decision-making, and uncover growth opportunities. What we’re looking for: Demonstrated experience in executing transformation projects within the Finance function, particularly in Finance Operating Model Design and Finance Process Improvement (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and FP&A). Advisory proficiency in key Finance technologies and automation tools (e.g. SAP S/4, OneStream, PowerBI, Workday Adaptive, Oracle). Strong analytical prowess and a knack for solving complex business challenges. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of project teams and stakeholders. A keen interest in emerging Future of Finance trends, including AI and Agentic Finance. An academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred. Finance qualifications such as CPA Australia, CA ANZ, or CIMA will be highly regarded.
